In simple terms, what are the most important things you want to achieve for our community if you're elected?

If I am elected, these are the most important things I want to achieve for our community:
• Improve Safety: Work with local law enforcement and community groups to make our neighborhoods safer for everyone. Combat the random ghost shooting in our neighborhoods. 
• Support Local Businesses: Help small businesses grow and create more jobs by offering resources and reducing barriers.
• Enhance Education: Invest in our schools and after-school programs so that every child has the chance to succeed.
• Promote Cleanliness and Green Spaces: Keep our parks, streets, and public areas clean and well-maintained, and add more green spaces for families to enjoy.
• Listen to Residents: Make sure everyone’s voice is heard by holding regular community meetings and being available to talk about your concerns.
• Encourage Community Spirit: Organize events and programs that bring people together and make our community stronger and more connected.
My main goal is to make our community a better, safer, and more welcoming place for all of us.

What are the biggest challenges or concerns you hear about from people in our district, and how do you plan to tackle them?

Based on community feedback and ongoing conversations with residents, several recurring challenges and concerns have emerged within our district:
• Infrastructure:
• Residents frequently mention issues with road maintenance and traffic congestion. Safe pedestrian crossings and bike lanes are also in demand.
• Public Safety:
• Community members are concerned about rising crime rates and the need for stronger neighborhood policing, along with better street lighting and emergency response times.
• Affordable Housing:
• The cost of living and housing affordability are major worries, especially for young families and seniors. People want more options for affordable rentals and homeownership.
• Healthcare Access:
• Many residents struggle with access to primary care and mental health services.
• Environmental Concerns:
• Issues such as waste management and the need for green spaces are raised. Citizens want to see more sustainability initiatives.

Plans to Address These Challenges
To tackle these concerns, the following strategies are proposed:
